How Textable works.

Textable works in four steps: download the app and sign up for free, capture notes, tasks or a scanned handwritten page, give each item a place (a list, a calendar date, a ledger entry or a warranty), and optionally activate a QR business profile so customers can reach you.

  1. Download and sign up

    Install Textable from Google Play and create your free account.

  2. Capture what’s on your mind

    Type a note, start a list, or scan a handwritten page with the handwriting scanner.

  3. Give everything a place

    Save scanned lines as tasks, add dates for the calendar, log money in Pocket Ledger and keep bills in Warranty Vault.

  4. Connect your business (optional)

    Fill in your business profile, activate your QR sticker and let customers reach you in one scan.

A day with Textable

One handwritten list, five minutes later

It’s 9 a.m. and the counter list is on paper: call two suppliers, restock packaging, send an invoice and check the AC warranty. Here’s what happens next.

  1. Scan. Open the handwriting scanner, photograph the page and take a quick second look at the four lines.
  2. Save as tasks. Send them to your “Today” task list.
  3. Add dates. Give the supplier call a time; it appears in your calendar with a reminder.
  4. Log money. When the packaging arrives, add the expense in Pocket Ledger.
  5. Check coverage. Open Warranty Vault: the AC’s invoice and expiry date are right there.

Meanwhile, a new customer scanned the sticker on your counter and saved your number from your business profile.
